At Clean Culture, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
β Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

With original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to sender.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
π Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Clean Culture is not responsible for lost return packages.
π¨ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.
